The website located at www.salcidolawfirm.com (the “Website”) is operated by the Company (the Company may hereinafter be referred to as “us,” “we,” and “our”). Company has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our visitors and customers. Company is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (the phrases “personally identifiable information” and “personal information” mean any information by which you, individually, can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc.). The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you when you visit our Website how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct, your information.

1. A Special Notice about Children. Children (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Website unsupervised, and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this Website in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parents or guardians.

In the event that the Company is acquired customer account information may be one of the transferred assets.

In addition, we will share aggregated demographic information with our Strategic Partners. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

4. Our Collection of Personally Identifiable Information Through a Third-party Web Site. To provide you with content and service, we have relationships withmany of the best service and content companies. As a result of these relationships, you can access our website through a third-party Web site. You can recognize most of the Website pages on these third-party sites by looking for the joint branding of the Website and a third-party company. For example, if yo see a logo on the page that says “Powered by the Company,” you are on a co-branded page.

Whenever you provide registration information on a co-branded page, that data may be shared with the third-party site through which you access the Website. If personally identifiable information may be provided to such a third party, we will inform you at the point of collection and provide you with an opportunity to tell us not to share your personally identifiable information.
