This is too funny. When a Tennessee prosecutor got offended that defense attorney Drew Justice kept referring to the prosecution as “the government,” the prosecutor filed a motion to try to get a judge to rule that he couldn’t use the term “the government” anywhere because he was doing so in a derogatory manner. Rubbish, right?
Well, Mr. Justice decided to make a few motions of his own and asked the court to make the prosecutor refer to him as “Captain Justice” and to the defense as “The Resistance.” Classic. Read more about it here.
