I agree with you Jessica. This exact thing just happened to me. It isn&#039;t making anything better, only worse. It&#039;s more damage than good for me. Why are rights being taken away from the &quot;victim&quot; so easily when they were the ones at the scene and not the judge? Can it be petitioned to dismiss?]]></description>

<p>I agree with you Jessica. This exact thing just happened to me. It isn&#8217;t making anything better, only worse. It&#8217;s more damage than good for me. 					<description><![CDATA[The judge will order a Pretrial Protective Order for the victim even when they know nothing about the case except the charges filed. The Prosecutor will even recommend it be issued when they themselves know nothing of the case except the charges filed as well as not being the actual prosecutor on the case along with also refusing to actually talk to the &quot;victim&quot; in said case. They will go for it even after the &quot;victim&quot; is clearly asked what they would like to see happen and the &quot;victim&quot; clearly states they don&#039;t want the order, don&#039;t need it, the judge decides protect you from yourself, for your own good, and orders it anyways.... how is that in the best interest of the victim and their rights?]]></description>
