AP&P officer that did my sons psi did not ask any question but when he seen my son had two ankle monitors on he was not even interested in talking to my son. wrote he was a danger to him self and others. he made mistakes on the PSI and then when we question my son P.O. he told my son he was told not to talk to him and that this was not his officer opinion. this was only corrected after I had spoke to a lady name angela. and then she called AP&P and a mr. Greenburg called me back. my son was sent to prison on a dui and AP&P kept coming to court and telling the judge my son was not complying but his officer was told not to talk to him.

If you are sent to prison on a lie in your PSI I.E SWIM states he did 40 months on a 12-36 in NV for posession of pot and SWIM (someone who isn’t me ) actually did 11 months 8 days! This is a lie contracted and fabercated out of malice by AP&P They also said SWIM was completley unmanagable

Mary – if you’re asking whether a presentence report helps if you have an ICE hold, the answer is usually “no.” Once you get into the immigration realm of things the type of crime and the conviction is typically what determines the immigration consequences.

Does it help in any way, specially if you’re on ICE hold for a misdemeanor Class A and a felony 3rd degree?

Is it bad that a judge ask for a pre sentence report for a class b misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge.
