There is restitution from a criminal case and civil damages from a medical malpractice case. There may be some overlap but in a criminal case one cannot get punitive damages or pain and suffering damages.

I’m writing you to see if you can help me figure out what I can do to protect myself and my family from a biased, abusive, commissioner who isn’t stopping. She recently picked a GAL for my case, who was just as unprofessional. I’m to take my case, and this last hearing to the judge above her. Now I have all the facts and evidences on the audio from my hearings. Would I need to bring this into my hearing with a new judge or do I open a new complaint case against her and go to the hearing with the judge, and not talk about her and the GAM biased, hostile dispositions? Is there a second process to take to show bias on the GAL person?? I’m devastated, was she had l has always been cruel and punishing to me, and at this last hearing, have my abusive ex previledges she shouldn’t of. She has been giving him advice for how to move his car forward with me at every hearing. If I open a complaint, will agreed continue to be the ruler on my case??

You would have to apply through DOPL to determine what you’ll need to do to become a nurse. Felonies cause barriers that are hard to overcome at times to be able to get certain licenses.
